Our team is launching a new section on the Russian military operation in Ukraine events. We have decided to create a bulletin of this week’s most important events.
So, what has happened in the military operation zone this past week?
▪️ The Allied Forces’ units launched an advancement on a Ukrainian heavily defended fortified area near Donetsk. Pisky which had been under the Ukraine’s control since 2014, fell under the DPR People’s Militia’s control almost completely.
▪️The Allied Forces also succeeded in the Soledar direction: the LNR People’s Militia units liberated the eastern outskirts of Soledar and launched the city assault.
▪️ Forward units of the Wagner’s PMC reached the eastern border of Bakhmut (Artemivsk) which is an AFU’s essential strongpoint in Donbass. Within the city limits, fighting is already underway. South of the locality, Semyhir'ya, Travneve and Hladosove are liberated.
▪️In the forests northwest Slovyansk, trench fighting is going on. The Ukrainian command announced that they managed to take Dibrovne and Mazanivka under their control again.
▪️North of the Kharkiv region, clashes are still ongoing. The Russian Armed Forces’ artillery fire makes Ukrainian units suffer losses and draw up their forces to Kharkiv in order to prevent Russian troops from approaching the city outskirts.

Our team continues to report on the progress of the Russian military operation in Ukraine in a single bulletin with the most significant events of the week.
So, what has happened in the military operation zone over the past seven days?
▪️ The DPR People’s Militia units has established almost full control over the locality of Pisky. It was one of the strongest Ukrainian strongpoints on the outskirts of Donetsk since 2014.
▪️ On the approaches to Siversk, the Russian Armed Forces are advancing towards Verkhn'okam'yans'ke and have reached the eastern outskirts of the locality. A powerful AFU strongpoint is on their way and its capture will open the way to an advance on the village.
▪️ In Soledar, the LPR People’s Militia 6th Cossack Regiment soldiers have taken control of the KNAUF-Gips factory territory and gained a foothold in the eastern part of the city. Allied Forces are attempting to advance deep into the town.
▪️ Wagner’s PMC units have dislodged Ukrainian units from the village of Vershyny south of Bakhmut (Artemivsk) and reached Zaitseve, where a major AFU strongpoint is located.
▪️ For several days, Ukrainian artillery has been shelling Europe's largest Zaporizhzhia NPP, including a spent nuclear fuel storage facility.

Our team continues to report on the progress of the Russian military operation in Ukraine in a single bulletin with the most significant events of the week.
So, what has happened in the military operation zone over the past seven days?
▪️In Soledar, soldiers of LPR People’s Militia's 6th Cossack regiment are exploiting an offensive from the KNAUF-Gips factory territory deep into urban area. Allied Forces' artillery hit the AFU's fortified areas and reinforcements. Fighting is underway in Bakhmuts'ke adjacent to Soledar.
▪️DPR People’s Militia's units dislodge the enemy from the small village of Dacha northward Horlivka. During the offensive, Allied Forces also managed to establish full control over Zaitseve, a group of Ukrainian fighters surrendered.
▪️After the loss of Pisky, the AFU withdrew to the defence line along the Ring Road. Artillery preparations are underway to storm the next line: DPR People’s Militia's artillery destroys enemy strongholds.
▪️ During the week AFU tried to attack objects in Crimea: they managed to sabotage an ammunition depot near Dzhankoi and drop an explosive device on the Black Sea Fleet's HQ in Sevastopol. However, the rest of the drones launched towards the peninsula were successfully shot down by the air defense.
▪️Near Vuhledar, the Ukrainian command was forced to transfer reserves in order to restrain an Allied Forces' offensive. Allied Forces advance pace decrease, but the AFU were ejected from part of the positions near Pavlivka and Mykil's'ke and went to the next defence line.
▪️Russian Airborne Troops gained a foothold at Blahodatne in Mykolaiv direction and dislodged AFU's forces. The liberation of the village will make it possible to develop an offensive in the western direction along the highway from Snihurivka to Mykolaiv.

So, what has happened in the military operation zone over the past seven days?
▪️Russian Armed Forces continue to expand the security zone along the Russian border in Kharkiv Region. Active fighting is taking place near Udy and Sosnivka: Ukrainian sabotage-reconnaissance groups have made repeated attempts to retake the liberated villages.
▪️At the beginning of August, AFU occupied dominant heights to the south of the Brazhkivka-Sulyhivka-Dovhen'ke line. Russian Armed Forces were forced to switch to manoeuvring defence on the front.
The Russian Armed Forces launched simultaneous offensives in two areas, attempting to retake heights and expand their zone of control around Mala Komyshuvakha.
▪️Wagner's PMC assault groups continue to methodically destroy the enemy's firing points in Bakhmut (Artemivsk).
Part of PMC's forces is engaged in mopping up Kodema and Zaitseve from Vesela Dolyna. At the same time, units of LPR People's Militia are trying to advance deeper into Soledar from the Knauf Gips Donbass Factory.
▪️ Russian troops were able to knock AFU out from their strongholds on the outskirts of Pavlivka near Vuhledar.
▪️AFU continue intensive shelling of Europe's largest nuclear power plant and Energodar city. Zaporizhzhya NPP is hit from the opposite bank of Kakhovka Reservoir from Nikopol', Marhanets' and Mar'yevka.
▪️Following the liberation of Blahodatne (Komsomol'ske), Russian units are within five kilometres of a major fortification along the western bank of Bilozerka River near Mykolaiv.
