NEW STABLE VERSION is coming up

We are getting round to the mainnet update.
This major update is mandatory for everyone an will be proceeded in 3 steps:

1. Mainnet update to the intermediate version, which uncovers online upgrade option. MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE.
2. NEW version public testing on the Testnet. It's very important for Validators to learn how to use new options (imOnline keys set up, online upgrade, etc) to stay in charge
3. Mainnet Online upgrade

It looks possible to pass through all three steps within 1-2 weeks, as long as community will pay proper attention to.
